    Your Role & Impact

     

    As our **Plant Controller** , you will play a critical role in financial planning, cost control, and strategic decision-making. Partnering with plant management and operations teams, you will ensure financial accuracy, drive cost efficiencies, and support sustainable growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze manufacturing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize costs and efficiency.

    + Develop and manage **annual budgets and monthly forecasts** in collaboration with leadership.

    + Ensure **accurate production cost capture, inventory adjustments, and Bill of Materials (BOM) alignment** .

    + Oversee inventory management strategies to reduce obsolescence and maximize working capital.

    + Implement and maintain **internal controls** to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    + Lead and mentor the **Assistant Controller** (to be hired), fostering growth and development.

    + Serve as a key liaison between **finance and IT** to streamline processes and improve automation.

    + Support **business growth and continuous improvement initiatives** within the organization.

    What You Bring

    + **5-10 years** of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.

    + Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field** ; **CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred** .

    + Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite** .

    + Ability to translate business objectives into financial priorities.

    + **Bonus Skills:** Experience in large companies, spoken Spanish, or involvement in company startups.
