    The Manager, Fleet Business Intelligence will drive strategic decision-making through data analytics, metrics, executive reporting, and performance monitoring.

     

    Starting salary is $80,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

     

    A Day in the Life:

     

    The Manager, Fleet Business Intelligence will be responsible for developing analytics to drive continuous improvement and the strategic direction of the fleet. This role will define and track the KPIs that will monitor fleet and operational team performance. The Manager will also be responsible for developing executive level presentations to present findings and describe fleet performance.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement and establish team level scorecards to measure performance

    • Create dashboards and real-time reporting tools for both executive leadership as well as the various fleet operational teams

    • Utilize analytics to create actionable insights that drive strategic direction

    • Craft executive level visual representations of critical fleet data that clearly illustrates key takeaways

    • Develop strong working relationships cross-divisionally to establish aligned fleet strategy and curate other critical business objectives

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • 5+ years of experience in analytics

    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and data analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, etc)

    • Robust Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills

    • Proven track record of using data to drive operational improvements and cost efficiency

    • Robust communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

    • Strong executive presence

    • Experience managing diverse teams

    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
