The Impact You Will Have:
The **Manager, Sales Commissions** will lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring efficient commission calculations and payments. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales compensation best practices, and the ability to drive process improvements. You will oversee the commission function – people, process and technology – and work with leadership to optimize our commission plans and align with Company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build and develop a high-performing team, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
What You Will Do:
+ Lead and manage a team of Sales Commissions Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and development.
+ Oversee the administration of the Xactly Incent commission system, ensuring accurate monthly processing, system maintenance, and data integrity.
+ Direct the execution of complex manual commission calculations and adjustments in Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
+ Develop and maintain robust Excel models for tracking sales organization structure, quotas, commission rates, and cost of commission plans.
+ Analyze sales performance data and commission-based earnings to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
+ Review and interpret sales contracts and external partner agreements to ensure accurate commission calculations and compliance with compensation plans.
+ Manage the resolution of sales team inquiries regarding commission calculations and payment details, ensuring timely and professional responses.
+ Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Leaders, and Business Partners to implement new hire offers, commission plan changes, and other compensation-related initiatives.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of commission processes, procedures, and system configurations.
+ Prepare and present comprehensive reporting packages summarizing sales commission data for executive leadership.
+ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in commission administration.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation policies and regulations.
+ Maintain the sales organizational hierarchy within the commission system, reflecting all changes related to hires, terminations, and compensation plan adjustments.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
+ Three - five years of experience in compensation and/or sales commissions administration, including at least one year in a leadership or management role.
+ Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
+ Experience administering sales commission plans and managing commission systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience with Xactly Incent commission software preferred.
+ Experience with Workday Preferred.
+ Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and industry trends preferred.
+ Project management experience preferred.
+ Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
