Black Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a **Autocad Operator** to join our office in **Guam** .

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

+ Review and interpret project construction drawings and specifications.

+ Follow drawing standards required for a project.

+ Produce drawings and details in a timely manner that is of quality.

+ Meet, coordinate and collaborate with project engineers and other trades to develop a working shop drawing for approvals and site-use.

+ Monitor and update project changes due to RFIs (request for information) and reflect the changes in the contract drawings for as-built preparation.

+ Maintain record drawings, red line drawings and as-builts for projects.

+ Always treat each work assignment with full confidentiality within the organization.

Job Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 3 years work experience as an AutoCAD Detailer for both 2D and 3D drawing requirements.

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is a plus.

+ Knowledgeable with the use of the latest Autodesk software (AutoCAD 2022 to newest version)

+ Knowledge of 3D (Revit 2022 to newest version) software is a plus.

+ Knowledgeable of the use of office machines such as plotters, copiers, etc.

+ Must be organized with effective time management per drawing and details.

+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Good oral, written and active listening communication skills with the ability to interact with the entire project team is required.

+ Must have the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

+ Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.

+ Must be able to work full-time, which may include extended hours, as needed.
