The primary goal is to provide fellows with well-rounded training and experience required to become independent and competent clinical neuropsychologists. As such, our fellowship is structured to be consistent with the Houston Conference standards and is designed to fulfill requirements for licensure as a psychologist in Iowa and for board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology.

**Supervision/Didactics:** ** ** Fellows participate in at least two hours per week of individual and at least one hour per week of group supervision, with additional supervision as needed. Each fellow has a minimum of two supervisors for individual supervision.

Didactic opportunities are delivered in a variety of formats, including clinical case presentations, mock fact-finding exercises, journal club, multidisciplinary lunch & learns, etc. Didactics are formatted to provide education on the etiology, neuropathology, neuroanatomy, neuropsychological presentation, treatment, and course of various neurological and neuropsychological conditions.
