    Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company that focuses on serving the Latino/Hispanic community across the state of Oklahoma. We currently have three large clinics in Oklahoma City and Tulsa and continue to grow. Our mission is to ensure Latino children have the same access to appropriate therapy services as any other child in the community. We are achieving this by providing culturally-linguistically appropriate services, educating the community on bilingualism, advocating for our patients, and implementing strategies to improve access to quality care.

    At Therapitas, we are invested in helping clinical fellows develop their clinical skills as bilingual SLPs by training them in bilingualism, teaching them evidence-based practice and best practice for a culturally-linguistically diverse population, and providing quality therapy for our patients. We recognize that the key to gaining excellent clinical skills is having an experienced clinical supervisor to guide them. We are hiring pediatric SLPs who have a passion for mentoring and supervising new therapists as they begin their SLP career. This is an ideal position for experienced SLPs who are looking to reduce their caseload and apply their skills in the field as a CF supervisor.

     

    Spanish skills are NOT required for this role.

     

    *We provide training in bilingualism to equip you with knowledge and skills to support our therapists.*

    The ideal candidate:

    + Is passionate about mentorship

    + Has a positive attitude and patience

    + Implements evidence-based practice

    + Enjoys working with a diverse population

    + Has a minimum of 5 years experience working with the pediatric population

    + Is able to manage a small caseload while supervising at least one clinical fellow

    + Is available for on-site supervision/observation

    + Has reliable transportation with the ability to travel between our two OKC clinics

    + Has an unburdened license with the ability to supervise two (2) clinical fellows at a time.

    + Supervision of SLPAs may be required in the interim months between CFs
