Our client, a dedicated healthcare provider, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be part of the nursing department supporting the well-being of residents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

**Location:** Chattahoochee, FL

**Pay Range:** $23.97

What's the Job?

+ Assess resident complaints and determine appropriate actions, notifying supervisors when necessary.

+ Administer oral and injectable medications in accordance with facility policy and Florida law.

+ Observe for side effects or adverse effects to medication and report findings to the assigned supervisor.

+ Coordinate residents’ appointments with unit staff to ensure timely medication administration.

+ Complete incident reports and progress notes on resident care within the required time frames.

What's Needed?

+ Must hold unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

+ One year of nursing experience is strongly preferred.

+ Must be CPR certified or able to complete training.

+ Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying 20 lbs.

+ Willingness to work 16-hour shifts on occasion.
