What You'll Do:

+ **Drive Successful Bids:** Proactively assist the owner in the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities to preparing comprehensive documentation.

+ **Master Bid Lettings:** Take ownership of searching and tracking bid lettings across a 12-state region, ensuring we don't miss key opportunities.

+ **Streamline Accounts Payable:** Efficiently assist with accounts payable, meticulously matching prices with quotes and generating insightful reports.

+ **Dive into Payroll:** Learn and contribute to the payroll process, gaining valuable experience in this critical function.

+ **Navigate Heavy Highway Tax:** Assist with IFTA reporting for heavy highway tax, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

+ **Master Heavy Hauling Billings:** Learn and independently create accurate and timely Heavy Hauling Billings.

+ **Maintain Fleet Health:** Keep detailed Maintenance Logs for our heavy truck fleet, contributing to efficient operations.

+ **Embrace Continuous Learning:** Participate in Crossing Training to expand your skillset and contribute to various aspects of our operations.

What You'll Bring:

+ Proven expertise in Excel and MS Word for data management and documentation.

+ Solid understanding of Cost Accounting principles.

+ Working knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
