Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be part of the design team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** UI/UX Designer

**Location:** Boise, ID

What's the Job?

+ Understand how templated and component web design systems are built and documented, from the Atomic Design level to Component and Template development to site deployment, UAT testing, and continued refinement and testing.

+ Produce cohesive wireframes and documentation that meet brand and business needs.

+ Document UX/UI solutions for application and feature development by the development team.

+ Work collaboratively in a team environment, presenting mockups and designs to stakeholders and incorporating their feedback.

+ Create governance documentation of UX/UI assets for use by various teams.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 8 - 10 years of UX/UI work experience in a team environment.

+ Proficient in Adobe XD or Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Experience designing for CMS like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred.

+ Understanding of front-end development needs and how to design and document for those needs.

+ Ability to refine and understand user journeys and personas
