Grow a Cooler career with Chart Industries by supporting our Fan Shop Operations as a Mold Operator! This position is Friday through Sunday, with ability to pick up other shifts during the week, if desired. Day shift and Night shift availability.

_What Will You Do?_

+ Follow and track mold production schedule to maintain minimum stock levels of material

+ Prepares and cuts fiberglass sheets from template per blade design

+ Works closely with mold leads and coordinators

+ Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department

+ Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility

+ Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from mold stations

+ Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the glass-room and safety

+ Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting

+ Comply with all **CHART** policies and procedures

+ Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department

+ Ensure all products have proper identification

+ Performs other tasks as assigned

_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

+ Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.

+ Indoor and outdoor working conditions

+ Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds

+ Able to stand for long periods of time

+ PPE must be worn at all times

+ Able to work overtime as required

_Your Experience Should Be..._

Minimum Education:

High School Education or Equivalent

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

6-month manufacturing setting, fast paced environment or construction experience

Manual Dexterity required for operating machinery

Detail oriented and organized

Team-work oriented skills

Safety Oriented Skills

Basic Written and Verbal Skills
