About the Role:
As a CBRE Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
+ Repair, install, replace, test, and fix the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.
+ Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
+ Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
+ Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
+ Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
+ Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.
+ Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
+ Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
+ Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.
+ Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
+ Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
What You’ll Need:
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $60 ,000 annually and the maximum salary for the is $96,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
