JOB SUMMARY

This position provides department-specific staffing clerk duties, typing, and reception assistance. Duties include specific computerized reports, daily paperwork preparation, form completion, data entry and other clerical duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

+ High School diploma or equivalent,

+ Excellent typing skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED:

+ Some college.

+ Minimum of 3 years clerical experience preferred.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.

Pay Status:

NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
