**Alaant Workforce Solutions is** seeking a Strategic Federal Account Executive to support our client, a top innovator in tactical RF antenna solutions. This individual will drive business development efforts across the Western U.S., engaging key stakeholders in defense and government sectors. If you're experienced in federal government sales—especially to the DOD—and thrive in a mission-driven, high-tech environment, this is your opportunity.
What You Will Do
+ Develop and Execute Sales Strategy – Implement a comprehensive sales plan for the Western US to drive revenue and market share.
+ Identify and Qualify Leads – Engage with DOD, government agencies, operators, and RF resellers to track upcoming projects and assess their needs.
+ Drive Deals to Close – Develop compelling value propositions, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from lead to contract.
+ Build Strong Relationships – Establish long-term partnerships with key RF operators, integrators, and industry influencers.
+ Market Intelligence and Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to position Electro-Metrics as a market leader.
+ Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with marketing and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
+ Track and Report Performance – Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales pipeline, lead conversions, and revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
+ US Work Authorization – Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
+ Experience in Tactical RF Sales – Five or more years in sales or business development within RF antennas, tactical communications, or defense technology.
+ Technical and Strategic Expertise – Deep understanding of DOD procurement, and government sales cycles.
+ Proven Sales Success – A track record of generating leads, closing high-value contracts, and exceeding revenue targets.
+ Relationship Builder – Strong ability to engage with decision-makers, operators, and industry leaders at multiple levels.
+ Veterans Encouraged to Apply – Prior military experience with RF expertise is highly valued.
+ Education or Equivalent Experience – A bachelor’s degree or 10 or more years of field experience in defense sales.
