Description

Robert Half is seeking a Paralegal to join a wonderful team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be actively involved in handling various intellectual property matters, supporting our legal team through research and analysis, and assisting in litigation and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to bolster our legal team's strategies.

• Manage a range of intellectual property matters, including the review of marketing materials and the investigation of copyright/trademark infringements.

• Take on a critical role in litigation and regulatory issues, including the management of documents and investigation of facts.

• Respond to subpoenas and oversee other document requests, ensuring all actions comply with the relevant legal regulations.

• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions when required.

Requirements • Possess substantive knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property.

• Proficient in conducting Legal Research to support ongoing cases.

• Familiarity with Legal Regulatory procedures and protocols.

• Experience with the process of issuing and tracking Subpoenas.

• Skilled in supporting Litigation tasks and activities.

• Understanding of Copyright Laws and their application.

• Expertise in Intellectual Property matters, particularly Trademarks.
