    Description

    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst/FP& A in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role involves working within the finance industry, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a workplace that values detail-oriented and organized individuals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide business decisions

    • Work closely with Regional VP's to guide them through their budgeting and forecasting processes

    • Handle Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for multiple stakeholders in different states

    • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements

    • Oversee the monthly Profit and Loss (P& L) reviews to ensure financial efficiency

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP B1 - Business One for financial tasks and reporting

    • Participate in the development and management of budget processes

    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial data

    • Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial reporting and strategy.

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or FP& A role is required

    • Proficiency in Budget Processes is essential

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required

    • Familiarity with SAP B1 - Business One is a must

    • Strong skills in Financial Analysis are required

    • Experience in Variance Analysis is necessary

    • Proven ability in KPI Reporting is needed

    • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is vital

    • Proficiency in managing Profit and Loss statements is required
