    Description

    Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Epicor Consultant to support a local client in the automation industry. This role requires expertise in Epicor project management, accounting/financial processes, and change management to guide teams through system upgrades and transitions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in understanding and resetting Epicor system configurations to align with business needs.

    + Ensure future upgrades occur efficiently and on schedule.

    + Support the transition from product-based accounting to a fully project-based methodology within Epicor.

    + Assist in removing customizations and configuring the system for optimized performance.

    + Leverage expertise in product-based accounting to support financial processes.

    + Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate system configuration and workflow improvements.

    Requirements

    + Senior-level experience working with Epicor ERP systems.

    + Strong expertise in Epicor, particularly in:

    + Project management

    + Accounting and financial processes

    + Proven experience in change management, guiding teams through system transitions, and providing constructive feedback.

    + Solid background in project-based methodologies, with a strong preference for candidates with this experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in creating documentation, how-to guides, and training materials.
