Are you a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of client relationship management, creative leadership, and strategic thinking? We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at an exciting hybrid role in St. Louis, coordinating high-impact experiential marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and seven-figure brand activations.
About the Role
As the Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with a team of approximately 10-20 talented professionals, including creative directors, designers, copywriters, and social strategists, depending on the project. You will be at the heart of innovative experiential efforts like pop-ups driven by insight, strategy, and creativity. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on campaigns with significant budgets, inspiring both clients and internal teams alike.
The work environment is fast-paced, positive, and highly collaborative, with social media meetings involving roughly 15 team members and individual campaign efforts typically supported by 8 specialists. The position requires daily client communication, detailed creative briefs, financial oversight, and a key contribution to strategic brand stewardship.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
+ Present Creative Concepts: Drive engagement by presenting campaign ideas and creative assets to clients, advocating for innovative concepts while refining feedback.
+ Client & Team Communication: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of objectives.
+ Creative Briefs: Write compelling, detailed creative briefs that are on strategy and on brand, serving as a guide for the team.
+ Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with partner agencies and vendors to maintain service and execution excellence.
+ Budget Oversight: Create clear estimates, manage financial tracking, and work closely with the finance team to ensure consistent profitability.
+ Market Strategy Knowledge: Understand clients’ brands, industry dynamics, and consumer behaviors to inform creative strategy.
+ Team Development: Provide mentorship and leadership to more junior team members, fostering career growth and offering guidance.
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software tools.
Must-Haves:
+ 4+ years of experience in account management or related roles.
+ Adaptability & Accountability: Enthusiastic, results-oriented, and eager to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strategic Thinking: Resourceful and proactive, with critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and perspectives.
+ Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in team settings, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining effective communication across departments.
