Project Manager/Program Manager IV
Employment Type: 9-month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Coordinator/Project Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and completion of key projects/programs. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with a track record of success managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and fostering collaboration across teams. Responsibilities:
+ Leadership & Coordination: Take ownership of coordinating and successfully completing projects/programs while leading the efforts of cross-functional teams with a customer-obsession mindset.
+ Planning & Execution: Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and create detailed plans using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
+ Progress Monitoring: Track project/program performance. Summarize activities and analyze results to maintain efficient workflows.
+ Reporting: Prepare detailed and professional reports for management regarding project/program statuses, risks, and deliverables.
+ Project Development: Rely on extensive experience and judgment to design and implement best practices and solutions to achieve team goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Minimum 5+ years experience managing or coordinating projects or programs.
+ Expertise in Test Planning, Jira/Confluence, and Automation Test Environment tools and processes.
+ Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, digital communications, system integration and testing, and dashboard creation preferred.
+ Strong familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to program management and testing.
+ Ability to work collaboratively while leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working with electronic components, environmental testing, and space systems is a bonus.
+ Knowledge in managing hardware tracking and coordination will be advantageous.
+ A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
