Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial analysis or supply chain management? We're seeking a Business Analyst to join the John Deere team in East Moline to manage and support critical processes like ordering, inventory tracking, and product pricing for Microsoft products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams while driving efficiencies and supporting growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with accounting to update and maintain product pricing and billing processes.

+ Develop new order processes in growth regions.

+ Monitor dealer fulfillment processes and support annual planning for Microsoft orders.

+ Track and maintain software entitlements and address dealer licensing inquiries.

+ Implement efficiencies through automation tools such as Power Platform and define best practices.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

+ Financial Analyst or Supply Management experience preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail, organized, and process-oriented.

+ Experience in project management and change management initiatives.

+ Critical thinking, financial analysis, and the ability to drive and execute change.

+ Strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse business partners.

+ Prior experience with John Deere is a plus but not required.
