    Description

    We are in the process of recruiting an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in East Cleveland, Ohio. This is an exciting direct hire position that offers growth, a stable working environment, and culture! It is an in office position with standard working hours.

     

    The ideal candidate comes with 5+ years of general accounting experience, strong tenure in their background, and strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications

    • Maintaining precise records of customer credit

    • Managing accounts payable and receivable

    • Overseeing order intake and processing

    • Handling invoice management

    • Coordinating freight shipments if required

    • Taking and managing customer calls

    • Setting up new customer accounts and processing credit cards

    • Maintaining the general ledger

    • Receiving inventory

    • Processing payroll on a part-time basis when necessary

    • Performing account reconciliation tasks

    • Using Microsoft Excel for various functions including billing and invoice processing

    Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

    • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Familiarity with Billing procedures

    • Ability to perform Invoice Processing tasks efficiently

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
