    Description

    Job Description: We are seeking a Windows Client Engineer to join our Global Information Systems group in Pittsburgh, PA. The Windows Client Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting Windows Client Technologies, focusing on SCCM and Intune management, and contributing to the transition to Windows 11.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and support Windows Client Technologies, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    + Utilize Microsoft SCCM and Intune for software deployment and client device management.

    + Assist in the upgrade and transition to Windows 11.

    + Efficiently manage and resolve escalated support tickets.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11.

    + Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

    + Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.

    + Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies.

    + Experience with PatchMyPC.

    + Ability to manage iOS and Android devices.

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire.
