Description

Class Action litigation attorney needed for a growing national law firm. The position will be based in Chicago IL.

Responsibilities:

•Drafting, analyzing, and interpreting various contracts and legal documents.

• Conducting detailed research and analysis on complex legal issues.

• Assisting senior attorneys with the preparation for trials and conduct depositions

• Establishing detail oriented and courteous communication with prospective and existing clients.

• Reviewing case files and drafting demand letters accordingly.

• Participating in weekly case conferences and consultations.

• Drafting pleadings, briefs, and other types of legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements

• Must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is necessary.

• Strong legal research skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

•Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.

• Must uphold the highest level of detail-oriented ethics and integrity.

• Experience in court appearances and litigation is required.

• Familiarity with legal databases and document management systems is necessary.
