• Senior Associate - Financial Reporting

    Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Financial Reporting in New York. This role is integral to our operations in the financial industry, functioning within a dynamic workplace. The successful candidate will be entrusted with handling all elements of financial reporting, delivering precise and insightful data to our leadership team and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and execution of journal entries and reconciliations.

    • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage monthly accruals.

    • Manage the production and dissemination of financial reports.

    • Ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial reports.

    • Handle the closing activities for each month.

    • Prepare financial statements on a regular basis.

    • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

    • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Maintain precise records of customer credit.

    • Collaborate with the team to lead debt and equity raises, technology system implementation and organizational restructuring. Requirements • Proven expertise in Month End Close procedures

    • Demonstrated ability to perform Monthly Accruals

    • Proven experience in Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation

    • Proficiency in managing Monthly Balance Sheets

    • Skilled in creating Journal Entries

    • Experience in Financial Statement Preparation is essential

    • Proficiency in understanding and creating Financial Statements
