    **Role** : Oracle Pl/SQL Technical Lead

     

    Webster, MA

    Job Summary:

    Oracle PLSQL Tech Lead with knowledge on Tronweb product modules: Issue, reports and treasury **.**

    Responsibilities:

    • Candidate should have sound knowledge in PLSQL with 14+ years of experience in it.

    • Candidate should have expertized in TRONWEB/AFE applications with at least 5+ years in it.

    • Should be capable to fix any of the batch run issues in ROBOT Schedule tool.

    • Proficient knowledge in UNIX commands.

    • Should play tech lead role at onshore and mentor the offshore team with technical guidance.

    • Expected co-ordinate among Business team/Business analyst and offshore team.

    • Expertise in XML , JSON, web services would add more value.

    • Should ensure all the deliverables dispatched on time without any slippage.

    • Apart from technical contribution in project, should take part in managerial activities

    • Strategic planning, Resource planning and grooming.

    • Good enough in representing Cognizant to client team on any of the items.

    • Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.

    • Should be flexible to work in Waterfall/Kanban/Scrum model.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or any equivalent degree with Computer Science/Information technology background.

    Salary and Other Compensation

    • The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

    • This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
