+ Pay Rate: $ 18.20

+ Shift: Weekend A, Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 7 am-7 pm

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience

• Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties.

• Basic math skills required.

• Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.

• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.

• Must be capable of steadily using their hands for the operation and manufacturing of equipment.

• Must be able to read and write simple statements.

• Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.

Job Summary:

The Production Associate is responsible for the efficient and accurate manufacturing, testing, and packing of products according to blueprints, work instructions, and verbal guidance. This role involves performing various assembly, manufacturing, and packing operations while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. The Production Associate is also responsible for maintaining accurate daily production records, complying with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with the team. This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, the ability to follow instructions, and the physical capacity to perform the essential functions of the job.

**Pay Details:** $18.20 per hour
