    Superintendent

    + Experience: 7-15yrs as a super, Completing projects on time and on budget, Writing a schedule/schedule experience (P6), be prepared to do schools,

    + Project Values/Size: $20M-$40M (ideal $40M-$100M)

    + Salary: 140K-175K

    + Benefits: $750 vehicle allowance, bonus 7-10%

     

    Superintendent – Large-Scale Commercial Projects (On-Site)

     

    _Projects Over $25 Million | Full-Time_

     

    We’re on the lookout for a proven **Superintendent** with a passion for precision, leadership, and results. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a strong safety mindset and a track record of managing complex projects from the ground up, you’ll thrive in this role.

     

    This position will lead field operations for high-value projects ($25M+), driving construction excellence, team performance, and on-site execution.

     

    What You’ll Do

    Project Coordination & Site Execution

    + Champion and enforce **jobsite safety** protocols; oversee planning, implementation, and documentation of safety programs

    + Lead project planning, execute pre-construction strategies, and determine construction methodologies

    + Develop and manage the **Site Utilization Plan** to optimize logistics and operations

    + Coordinate and update the **CPM schedule** , including baseline development, monthly updates, and delay/change fragments

    + Collaborate with the Project Manager to review **equipment needs** and monthly subcontractor payment applications

    + Supervise and expedite **vendors and subcontractors** , resolve daily jobsite issues, and keep the project on schedule

    + Track and review job costs, labor productivity, and financial health through reports and analysis

    + Implement and manage a robust **Quality Control Program**

    + Ensure accurate, timely jobsite reporting (daily logs, safety observations, schedule look-aheads, etc.)

    + Manage site cleanliness and organization

    + Proactively mitigate **change orders and back-charges** that impact profitability

    + Lead **project closeout** procedures in full compliance with contract documents

    + Maintain a **consistent, visible presence** on-site

    + Play a key role in **onboarding and mentoring** new team members

    What You’ll Bring

    + Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects **valued over $25 million**

    + Deep understanding of field operations, scheduling, quality assurance, and cost control

    + Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage field teams

    + Proven ability to drive projects forward safely, on time, and on budget
