Senior Recruiter – 12-Month Contract

Employer: System One

System One is seeking a motivated and organized Senior Recruiter for a 12-month contract located onsite in Bellevue, WA. This position will support hiring efforts in a fast-paced, production environment and will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a range of roles.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate workflow administration

+ Provide backup and load-balancing support across recruiting functions as needed

+ Conduct candidate interviews to assess fit and alignment

+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing platforms

+ Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process

+ Communicate regularly with hiring managers and stakeholders regarding search status and candidate pipelines

+ Prepare offer documentation, manage negotiations, and secure candidate acceptance

+ Partner with HR and relevant teams to coordinate onboarding processes for new hires

+ Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to align on staffing schedules and logistics

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job postings, and reporting in various systems

+ Support the recruiting team with other initiatives and team activities as needed

Key Qualifications and Skills:

+ Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technical, R&D, or pharma/biotech recruiting

+ Recent experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is highly preferred

+ Proven sourcing and pipeline development skills across multiple platforms

+ In-depth experience with ATS platforms and candidate workflow administration

+ Familiarity with OFCCP and other hiring compliance regulations

+ Successful track record of partnering with distributed or remote teams

+ Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt during periods of ambiguity

+ Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and customer service focus

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
