Job Title: Material Control Associate

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Description:

+ Load, unload, and move materials within or near plant, yard, or work site

+ Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine material movement needs

+ Operate industrial trucks, hoists, and other equipment to assist with material handling

+ Secure materials for transport using strapping, bracing, or padding

+ Label and tag materials accurately for identification and tracking

+ Maintain accurate records of materials moved or handled

+ Assist with assembling crates and bundling materials for shipment

+ Keep work areas, machines, and equipment clean and organized

+ Take material samples and deliver them to labs for analysis as needed

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience/training

+ Mechanically inclined with ability to support light assembly work

+ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

+ Effective verbal communication skills for coordination with team members

+ Ability to safely lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment
