What You’ll Do:

+ As a Business Analyst & Software Project Manager, you will:

+ Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and system performance.

+ Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and actionable solutions.

+ Design and implement solutions that drive revenue growth and process improvements.

+ Develop and execute quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.

+ Identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, recommending improvements to maximize efficiency.

+ Quickly understand industry challenges and apply strategic solutions to business problems.

Your Responsibilities

+ Manage and enforce project deadlines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

+ Apply and uphold project standards while consistently delivering high-quality services and solutions.

+ Oversee project financials to ensure cost-effective execution.

+ Design business and system process flows, working effectively within Agile Scrum development frameworks.

+ Create logical data models and translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.

+ Develop wireframes and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and usability.

What You’ll Need:

+ 5–7 years of combined experience in functional analysis and software project management.

+ Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, database design, and data modeling.

+ Experience in data architecture and system integrations, including APIs.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive project success.

+ Ability to communicate complex information effectively and tactfully.

+ Knowledge of software development, database structures, and system architecture.

+ Understanding of legacy, web-based, and cloud system integrations.

+ 3–5 years of experience in the media industry.
