The campus is comprised of a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center; 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. Job Details Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services in restorative sub-acute and long term care setting in accordance with the physician's orders and direction of the occupational therapist. Carry out treatment as directed by the occupational therapist in conjunction with the client and/or caregiver. Appropriate documentation necessary including progress notes, attendance, billing minutes and MD orders. May require strenuous activity while assisting patients and/or residents with their rehabilitation program. Education: Licensed as an OTA in NYS. Associate Degree required SNF experience preferred, but not required Salary Range USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
