Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a **Warehouse Supervisor** **in our Waterloo, IA Distribution Center.** If you are a proven leader in warehouse leadership, order fulfillment, inventory control, process management, work-shift coordination, and are organized with great communication skills, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
Responsible for the production and execution of a fast-paced operation with the leadership and development of hourly associates.
This position oversees a team of hourly associates working a PM Shift at our Waterloo Distribution Center.
+ 2nd shift core hours: 3:00pm to 11:30pm + OT
+ Coordinates day-to-day general receipt, preparation and shipping tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
+ Coordinates and checks the fulfillment documentation processes, ensuring correct documentation.
+ Provides subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated fulfilment processes and standards.
+ Liaises with all departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods, acting as a key point of contact for the team.
+ Analyzes information to identify areas of improvement within own area of fulfillment responsibility and implements measures to improve the efficiency of the team.
+ Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
+ Regular and reliable attendance
+ Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:

$18.50 - $40.19

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
