    Salary $68,827.20-80,828.80

     

    (range depends on weekend/evening availability)

     

    The Project Manager of The Collaborative Pathway and Open Dialogue Services is responsible for the administration and management of the Cummings Grant as well as the clinical, operational and fiscal oversight of The Collaborative Pathway and Open Dialogue services. The Project Manager is required to market these services in, but not limited to, schools, hospitals, academic settings and with potential funders including insurance companies, state agencies and private donors with the goal of building the revenues and capacity to serve more individuals and families each year.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate all intakes for the Collaborative Pathway (CP) and private-pay Open Dialogue (OD-PP) services.

    + Coordinate all clinical services for individuals and families served by CP and OD-PP

    + Provide direct service to and facilitation of network meetings with individuals and families served by CP and OD-PP

    + Market/promote CP and OD-PP services, including working with executive and senior leadership to develop philanthropic and other financial supports.

    + Ensure compliance with all documentation, informed consent, baseline and ongoing outcomes data collection at appropriate intervals

    + Ensure appropriate billing for all CP and OD-PP services.

    + Ensure the CP and OD-PP programs are meeting clinical, operational and financial targets.

    + Collaborate with executive and senior leaders across the agency to further develop and build CP and OD-PP services.

    + Partner with clinicians from Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) and Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) for dialogical interventions and consideration of CP/OD services

    + Participate in the supervision of CP and OD-PP clinicians.

    + Manage, deploy and monitor the utilization of CP and OD-PP clinicians.

    + Participate in decisions regarding recruitment, hiring and promotion of CP and OD-PP clinicians.

    + Participate in the analysis of outcomes and other Quality Improvement activities in the CP and OD-PP programs.

    + Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to present outcomes and processes at academic and other conferences.

    Qualifications

    + Master’s level degree in social work, counseling or related field. Current, Massachusetts licensure from Board of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Minimum of 5 years’ experience including clinical supervisory experience.

    + Minimum of Level 1 certification by the Mill River Institute of Dialogic Practice; strongly prefer Level 2 certification.

    + Experience working with individuals and families in Collaborative Pathway and/or Open Dialogue network meetings.

    + Ability to have a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of individuals and families served in The Collaborative Pathway and Open Dialogue services.

    + Basic computer knowledge. Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medical necessary clinical services.

    + Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    + Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

    + Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations

    + Commitment to Advocates values and mission.

    + Must hold a valid drivers’ license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport individuals.
