Make a Difference

The Business System Analyst will support the IT Business Solutions suite of applications quality assurance and testing. The Business System Analyst will enforce QA Testing processes and procedures to ensure services are delivered and maintained at the highest levels.  Community Health Network’s Business Systems Analyst applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of their primary areas of responsibility resulting in the completion of varied assignments/tasks. These may include system planning/coordination, analysis, workflow capture and design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and support. This role may also be involved with completing special project work as assigned and under the guidance of their manager/mentor while following project management methodologies, as necessary.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

+ Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience required.

+ Two (2) or more years of Information Technology and/or healthcare experience required.

+ Quality Assurance or testing experience strongly preferred.

+ Epic certification strongly preferred.

+ Strong networking, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

+ Strong teamwork skills, focused on developing high-performing teams.

+ This position is a hybrid role, you must reside within a 60-mile radius of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
