Make a Difference
The Lead Patient Account Representative with Client Services is focused on interpersonal skills with internal and external customers, as well as leadership. The primary function of this position is to provide education, support, and continual feedback of the Patient Account Representatives. Ensures department is continuously meeting or exceeding patient/department/CHNw standards. This role supports the mission and values of CHNw by maintaining positive and productive patient/customer interactions and relationships both internally and externally.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Two (2) years healthcare experience preferred in a centralized revenue cycle billing environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to interact professionally with all customers.
+ Ability to work independently, resolving inquiries, and engaging leadership appropriately.
+ Support and enhance team knowledge by delivering education and feedback.
+ Supports an environment of teamwork.
+ Working knowledge of revenue cycle computer systems including Excel, Word and Outlook.
+ Maintains confidentiality and documentation in appropriate manner for easy follow-up.
