Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree Three (2) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.

+ Bachelor's Degree Three (3) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.

+ Associate's Degree Three (5) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.

+ High School Diploma/GED Three (7) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Must demonstrate knowledge of project management concepts and ability to support project monitoring, tracking, and facilitation Required

+ Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills. Required

+ Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Required

+ Must have usage and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Required

+ Experience with budgeting/forecasting. Required

+ Experience with Oracle iProcurement/iSupplier/BI/other Oracle. Preferred

+ Experience developing and delivering well organized analytical presentations. Preferred

+ Experience with procurement function or contract administration a plus. Preferred

+ Experience with Primavera or PI360 a plus. Preferred

+ Experience working as a project manager or in a project or program management office (PMO) role a plus. Preferred

+ Experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity a plus. Preferred

+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
