    Responsibilities

    + Provide home base case management services

    + Provide Parenting Education

    + Understand and implement evidenced based moralities

    + Complete Casework Plan, weekly case notes, and monthly progress reports

    + Attend Supervision/Staffing bi-weekly

    + Facilitate and supervise family visitations

    + Assess family functioning and parent skills

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field required

    + Previous experience preferred

    + Valid Driver’s License in good standing and reliable transportation & auto insurance that complies with state law

    + Successful clearance of local, state, and national background checks

    Salary Range

     

    USD $20.00 / Hour
