Join Team Tidelands and help people live better lives through better health!

+ Lead interface design and development efforts, including data mapping, coding, and testing

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Troubleshoot complex interface issues and provide advanced support to internal and external clients

+ Design and maintain application integrations and APIs between enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and internal tools

+ Develop and support interfaces using middleware, ETL tools, web services, and other integration technologies, as well as the development and implementation of interface standards and best practices

+ Document integration specifications, data mappings, technical processes, and support procedures. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability

+ Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments related to interfaces and integrations

+ Support compliance, security, and data privacy requirements related to system communication and data handling

+ Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.

+ Provide mentorship and training to Integrations and Interface Analysts and other team members

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
