    Position Title: Faith and Culture Coordinator

    Position Overview

    St. Augustine Preparatory Academy is seeking a full-time Faith and Culture Coordinator who is passionate about the spiritual and personal development of our students. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and supportive individual who will be integral to fostering an environment that emphasizes our Christian faith and culture.

     

    Reporting Structure

     

    The Faith and Culture Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Faith and Culture and collaborate closely with teachers, leaders, families, students and staff in planning and executing various student events, including retreats, chapel services, and other faith/culture-based activities for K-12.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Plan and coordinate student retreats, chapel services, and other faith-based events that align with Aug Prep’s Christian mission.

    + Attend and help lead student retreats and events.

    + Collaborate with staff and faculty to integrate faith-based activities into academic and extracurricular programs.

    + Support the Director of Faith and Culture in promoting and reinforcing the school’s Christian values and culture.

    + Assist in developing materials and resources for spiritual growth and discipleship.

    + Foster a positive and supportive environment where students and staff can deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

    + Engage with families and the broader community to support Aug Prep’s faith and culture initiatives.

    + Assist in building a strong school culture by supporting discipline, data collection, and related initiatives.

    + Help lead and facilitate a successful Friendzy /Character Education program schoolwide.

    Required Qualifications

    + A belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to ensure excellence for each student.

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    + Active and participating member of a local church.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish required.

    + Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple things at once" or something

    + Proficiency with office systems such as email, calendar functions, and Microsoft Office products.

    + Experience working with data and spreadsheets is a plus.

    + Team player committed to the mission and model of St. Augustine Preparatory Academy.

    + Must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and be able to live out the values, beliefs, and culture of Aug Prep.
