We are seeking high-output, motivated sales professionals ready to crush goals and make an extraordinary income. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. If you have a strong background in sales and the drive to succeed, we’ll give you the tools to thrive through our in-house Dealer Academy and Mentorship Program .

What You’ll Do:

+ Build relationships and create an exceptional experience for every customer.

+ Guide clients through the vehicle selection, test drive, and financing process.

+ Leverage training, tools, and technology to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

+ Stay informed on vehicle specs, finance options, and dealership programs.

+ Follow up with leads and existing clients using our state-of-the-art CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not necessary).

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

+ Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions with professionalism.

+ A team player with a customer-first mindset.

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

+ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Compensation:

+ Base rate: $16.50 per hour plus commissions

+ Our sales team averages $48,000 to $188,000 annually, based on performance.
