    What You'll Contribute

     

    The Associate, Tax will assist in the management of tax compliance, planning, and strategy for the company.

    What You'll Do

    + Assist in the management of the company's tax compliance, planning, and strategy efforts.

    + Collaborate with other departments, including finance and legal, to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance.

    + Assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.

    + Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.

    What you have

     

    Minimum education, skills and experience required.

     

    + Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    + Experience with tax technology and software preferred.

     

    Preferred education, skills, and experience.

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

    + 1-2 years of experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and planning
