Summary:
Vendor Capacity Planning drives strategic workforce planning to match the global supply of our vendor workforce with the highest demand priorities of the business. As a Program Manager, you will analyze the current capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the reviewer workforce to evaluate and enable supply-side optimizations, inform demand-side levers, and achieve optimal business outcomes. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to internal partners, informing capacity decisions and work allocation that directly impacts Meta's Integrity mission to protect people and businesses, and preserve economic opportunity across Meta's platforms.
Required Skills:
Program Manager, Vendor Capacity Planning, Integrity and Support Operations Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate relationships and facilitate collaboration across large scale stakeholder groups to validate resourcing requirements, provide input into data-driven strategies, and manage outcomes.
2. Provide forward-looking supply forecasts while continuously monitoring and identifying improvement opportunities for key performance metrics.
3. Work closely with vendor partners to communicate staffing needs and ongoing performance management, including adherence to delivery, attrition and key service level agreements expectations.
4. Explore and enable supply side levers to optimize use of capacity and budget.
5. Design, build, and improve processes and systems.

6. 10+ years of experience with large scale operations
7. Experience working through ambiguity and driving results in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing space
8. Organized, strategic thinker and fast-paced executor who can bring clarity to ambiguity with little oversight
9. Experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goal in a cross-functional, global environment

10. B.A. or B.S. degree in a related discipline such as Business Management, Operations Management
11. Experience in FP&A, capacity planning, strategy, consulting, vendor management, or workforce management in an Operations environment
12. Experience with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, etc)
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
