Summary:
Meta is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Sales Manager - AI, responsible for leading a team of AI sales professionals in driving growth and adoption of our AI solutions among mid and large-sized clients. You will have a tenured background in AI and Enterprise sales, with experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation and growth. You will have proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven experience to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Sales Manager - AI Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and coach a team of AI sales professionals, fostering an environment of entrepreneurship, agility, and continuous improvement.
2. Drive Business Growth: Leverage expertise in AI and enterprise sales to provide market insights to inform product strategy and direction and drive business growth. Understanding of AI and enterprise sales, market analysis, and business development skills: Will serve as key stakeholder lead for projects to advance the business from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define goals, and timelines.
3. Own and be accountable for growth strategy, integrated account planning, quarterly and annual goals, rhythm of business, escalation management across a diversified book of the mid-sized to large clients.
4. Identify, refine and manage a set book of business in collaboration with key cross-functional. Expand the book of business in alignment with regional, industry and country leadership.
5. Have in-depth conversations with clients around their business objectives and how Business AI can contribute to their company's success.
6. Develop meaningful relationships with marketing and non-marketing C-suite and executive decision makers both within your direct book of business and with non-book of business clients to influence business decisions throughout the positioning of the AI product solutions.
7. Strategy and Innovation: Contribute to overall business strategy, identifying areas for growth and innovation, and drive experimentation using data and customer insights.
8. Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and manage expectations accordingly.

9. 12+ years of experience in Enterprise sales
10. 5+ years of experience in a product specialist or customer success team in B2B high-tech or SaaS industry
11. 3+ years of experience as a people manager managing sales teams in highly ambiguous conditions on time sensitive, high priority work streams
12. Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve ambitious goals
13. Solid experience in enterprise go-to-market sales, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
14. Experience building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
15. Experience building on emerging and established opportunities and establishing C-level partnerships across clients and agencies with a tenacity to keep expanding via client growth and new acquisition
16. Proven track record of launching and growing revenue and/or adoption year over year of focus product or service
17. Experience understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs
18. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence development of new products and services
19. Experienced using strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
20. Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
21. Bachelor's degree

24. Proven experience to serve as key stakeholder for product related projects and work with executives to successfully drive zero-to-one projects, taking them from concept to launch
Public Compensation:
$197,000/year to $274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
