Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 to join the Pass & Seymour Team in Middletown, PA. Flexible work arrangements and this is a paid opportunity.

Main Job Duties

As an intern, you’ll participate in developing competencies in a variety of electrical engineering specializations that may include:

+ Build, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, sub-assemblies and products, using, various digital and analog test equipment,

+ Coordinate prototype testing with test engineering, ensuring that both product and customer documentation is correct and up-to-date.

+ Test prototypes and products in the engineering test lab for safety, performance, and conformance to requirements

+ Research and determine requirements for electrical components and systems

Qualifications

Education :

+ Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering, or an Associate Degree program in Electronics Technology or similar disciplines, from an accredited institution

+ 3.0 GPA or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your profile)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

+ Ability to work collaboratively on a team & have good communication skills both verbal & written

+ Provide own mode of transportation and housing

+ Authorization to work in the U.S.

+ Able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs. Able to use standard electronic lab tools/equipment, soldering station, hand tools, etc.
