    Job Summary

    Join our team as the Executive Chef at Porsche, where luxury meets culinary innovation. You’ll lead all kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, premium environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute seasonal, on-brand menus with consistent quality and presentation

    + Lead back-of-house operations including prep, production, and service

    + Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in full compliance with health regulations

    + Train and mentor kitchen staff in techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards

    + Control food and labor costs to meet financial goals

    + Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations

    + Support VIP events and collaborate with front-of-house teams for seamless execution

    + Enforce HACCP and sanitation protocols

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale culinary environment

    + Strong background in kitchen leadership, staff management, and team development

    + Proven success with catering execution and premium dining experiences

    + Solid understanding of food cost control, portioning, and waste reduction

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems

    + ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
