We seek a driven sales professional to cultivate new business and manage key accounts within these market segments. This role involves 80% client-facing sales activities, building relationships, and achieving revenue goals. ​ Hybrid Work - Remote work one day per week is available to team members who maintain performance expectations. Pay - $79,000 to $110,000 + Bonus Your role and impact: Secure group business within the Association & SMERF markets through proactive sales efforts. Manage and grow existing accounts within the Association & SMERF markets. Develop new business opportunities within the Association & SMERF markets and achieve quarterly sales plans. Maintain market expertise and collaborate with internal teams. Network within industry organizations and use sales tools to identify opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service. Experience we value: 2-4 years of group sales experience (hospitality preferred). College degree in sales/marketing is a plus.
