    Qualifications:

    + 10+ years’ Industry experience in strategic business development/sales- required. Preference is at least 3+ years of experience focus on the U.S. Army enterprise customers.

    + Experience and knowledge and understanding of U.S. Army IT modernization programs of record with a strong understanding of Army enterprise priorities such as: Army Unified Network Plan, Army Digital transformation strategy, Cloud modernization, data and AI enablement efforts.

    + In depth knowledge and experience with systems integrators that support or operate within the U.S. Army Enterprise community – required. Preferred experience developing strategies to obtain contracts that support PM IEN, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and ECMA.

    + Experience and knowledge operating within the U.S. Army PEO-Enterprise community- required. Preferred experience developing strategies to obtain contracts that support PM IEN, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and ECMA.

    + Experience and knowledge of how the OEM and VAR community operates and goes to market.

    + Proven track record of success in creating business/organizational growth outcomes.

    + Willingness to travel 30-40% across the U.S.

    + Excellent written & oral presentation skills.

    + Experience of being a trusted Advisor status within the U.S Army Community.

    + Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is highly preferred.

     

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current **base** salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. **Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.**
