Every day, our Assistant Nurse Manager and Patient Care Leader delivers a level of excellence and compassion to our patients and team members in the integrated ICU to ensure the highest standard of care.

Positions details:

+ **Location:** BayCare Alliant Hospital – Integrated ICU – Dunedin, Florida

+ **Status:** Full Time

+ **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

+ Occasional weekend requirement

+ Exempt from overtime

+ **On Call:** No

+ Always in person

Requirements:

+ RN (Registered Nurse) License

+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher

+ 2-years' RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience.

+ BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

+ ACLS certification with the American Heart Association

+ Strongly preferred experience - 1 year of Nursing Leadership

+ Strongly preferred experience - 2-year's RN in ICU

+ Preferred certification - CCRN

The **Assistant Nurse Manager and Patient Care Leader – ICU** responsibilities and skills:

+ Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills

+ Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process

+ Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes

+ Provides 24 hour/7 day accountability care for assigned patients

+ Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence
