Resideo's Products & Solutions business is currently seeking a Product Specialist for the First Alert products portfolio, which includes smoke detector, CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and other life safety products. The Product Specialist is responsible for assisting the product team with the execution of new product introductions that grow revenue and gross margin for the business. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to drive daily execution. This position reports to the Product Director for Safety Products and will support product lifecycle management for the business, standard work, and commercial launches.

JOB DUTIES:

+ Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers

+ Assist in resolving customer issues and inquiries

+ Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements

+ Support sales teams with technical expertise

+ Monitor and analyze product performance metrics

+ Execute product sunset and NPI activities

MUST HAVES:

+ 2+ years of related experience in fields including Product, Engineering, Business Strategy (combination of related field experience preferred)

+ 1+ years of New Product Development and New Product Introduction (NPI) experience

+ Ability to travel up to 10%
