    Job Description:

    Plan, conduct, and direct a wide variety of experiments. Responsible for the evaluation and interpretation of research data. Conduct experiments using advanced equipment, and applying complex techniques, methods, and procedures; plan and execute the details of experiments according to research protocol.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Ph.D in a related field.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or in other studies through which candidates have gained expertise in integrated circuit design.

     

    Experiences in millimeter-wave integrated circuits and system design using SiGe HBT’s. Characterization of millimeter wave integrated circuits and systems.
