Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Leading IT projects from planning through delivery.
+ Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure smooth execution.
+ Driving change management efforts including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
+ Identifying risks and resistance early and addressing them with thoughtful strategies.
+ Keeping everyone aligned through clear updates and organized project tracking.
What's Needed?
+ 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
+ Hands-on experience with change management strategies (Prosci or similar is a plus).
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
+ Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
